Growing Wealth Online (ACN 150 862 392) trading as "Get WP Help" (ABN 27 150 862 392) ("we", "us" or the "Company") prides itself on providing services of the highest quality and is committed to customer satisfaction.  

This refund policy describes generally how we manage refunding services.  Refunds remain subject to our Usage Terms (https://getwphelp.com/legal/terms/). If you would like more information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refunds will be available only in limited circumstances.  However, if you are not satisfied with any service that you have received from us, you may be entitled to a credit of that service in accordance with the below terms and conditions.

Replacement or credit as remedy

If you are not satisfied with any service that you received from us, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to replace the service for you or offer an alternative service better suited to your needs.  In some circumstances, we may in our ultimate discretion provide a credit instead of replacement service.

What you must advise us of issues

To receive a replacement service or credit, you must first advise us of the issue or reasons for dissatisfaction.  

Refunding services within the first 90 Days

We guarantee our services.  If we receive written notice from you that you are dissatisfied with a service provided by us within the first 90 Days after the earlier of the date of purchase and the date of delivery of the service to you, then we will assess the circumstances (including analysing the service, if considered appropriate by us) to ascertain whether or not the Company is at fault and:

  • (Company at fault) if we consider in our discretion that the Company is at fault, we will provide a full replacement of the service (or a credit or refund of all or part of the services at our discretion); or
  • (Company not at fault)  if we consider that the Company is not at fault, then we may provide a full replacement of the service (or a credit at our discretion).

Refunding services after the first 90 Days

If we do not receive the written notice from you that you are dissatisfied with a service provided by us within the above 90 Day period, then we will assess the circumstances (including analysing the service if considered appropriate by us) to ascertain whether or not the Company is at fault and:

  • (Company at fault)  if we consider that the Company is at fault, we will provide a full replacement of the service (or a credit at our discretion); or
  • (Company not at fault)  if we consider that the Company is not at fault, then no replacement or credit will be provided. The Company may, however, choose to provide a replacement service or credit in some cases at its discretion.

Refund where breach of acceptable use

Where we become aware that you have breached our terms and conditions with respect to engaging in, promoting or where we reasonably believe that you are engaging in or promoting Prohibited Conduct we will terminate your access to the site and our engagement with you will end immediately and no credit or replacement service will be offered.  

Days

In this Refund policy, "Day" means a calendar day and includes Saturday, Sunday or public holidays and is not limited to Business Days, i.e. days when banks in Sydney, New South Wales are open for business.
